Small Steps London is a consignment and sells on behalf of private sellers. The items are securely stored, marketed and sold by Small Steps London but are owned by the client until they are sold. Small Steps London only accepts items to the highest of standards and will not accept anything that is seriously marked, stained or soiled. Items over £200 in value are authenticated with proof of receipt or gift receipt prior to being sold on the website. All items are dry cleaned before being photographed. Small Steps London carries out fake brand testing on all items to ensure they are not copies or fakes. If you believe an item you have bought is a counterfeit in anyway, please contact Small Steps London immediately. 

If you wish to return an item, you may do so up to 7 days after purchase. To do so, please email contact@smallsteps.london with your order number and reason for returning. The item should be in the exact condition it was bought in. Refunds will be issued as a credit note or refund to your nominated bank account.
